The first look at 1883 aired during the Yellowstone season 4 premiere.
Now, the first full trailer is here.
Fans can’t wait for the December 19 premiere.
It’s the most wonderful time of year—and not only because the holidays are right around the corner. As if Sunday’s Yellowstone season 4 premiere wasn’t enough to make your whole year — after all, we’d been waiting quite a while for the Duttons to be back — the first look of 1883 is officially here.
As a refresher, 1883 is the much-anticipated Yellowstone prequel that’s set to premiere on Sunday, December 19, on Parmount+. While the storyline alone is enticing — given it’s about the early Duttons, and all—the actors portraying it are even more alluring. With Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Sam Elliott, and Billy Bob Thornton among the cast, it’s bound to be entertaining. And the first trailer proves just that.
On Monday, November 8, the Yellowstone Instagram account released the first trailer for 1883. In the clip, fans get a glimpse of Tim, Faith, and Sam in character, complete with expansive plains and rolling hills in the background, not to mention a trail of covered wagons leading the way out West.
“Cannot wait,” actor Jefferson White (who plays Jimmy on Yellowstone) commented in all caps on the post.
“You know it’s gonna be good when Sam Elliot is in it,” one fan added.
“I am so looking forward to watching this new series, Tim Mcgraw and Faith Hill together, hello, [it’s] going to be awesome,” another fan wrote.
1883 is mere weeks away, so be sure to mark your calendar and set your recordings. Because one thing’s for sure: If you’re a Yellowstone fan, you won’t want to miss it.
